Hard to believe that in two weeks it’s going to be 2020. Weren’t we all just worrying about Y2K? Was that really 20 years ago? Time flies when you’re having fun, and that is exactly what all three of us have each and every week when we get the opportunity to blog about new topics and share our thoughts with each of you.

Believe me, it’s not easy writing about new condo and HOA topics week after week. That’s why at this time of year we take a short break until after the new year. In the interim, I can only say that after practicing law for 28 years, I still find it an incredible honor to represent you, to teach you at our seminars, to speak with you on the radio and to write to you each week in our blog.

I wish all of you and your loved ones, a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah and a Joyous, Happy and Healthy New Year and look forward to spending time with all of you again when we get back.
